A: Our PVC compounding extruder is a counter rotating parallel twin screw extruder rather than co-rotating parallel twin screw extruder. Thus, there are two single-piece screws in our machine, which are different from those  co-rotating twin screw extruder with many screw elements on spines. And these single-piece screws are specially design only for PVC compounding extrusion. They could not be used in nomal co-rotating twin screw extruder for PE and other material.

Compare to counter-rotating twin screw extruder from other designs, our extruder barrel is made in segments that enable easy adjustment of position of the degassing port and better heating/cooling control system.
